- Requests for cancellation or refunds must be submitted via email to rssdimpcon2026@gmail.com.
- All refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided they are received on or before 30th September 2026. No refund requests will be entertained after this date.
- Please note that GST, bank charges, and online transaction fees are non-refundable.
- Registration is non-transferable.
- Approved refunds will be processed one month after the completion of the conference and will be issued only via bank transfer.
- In case of offline registration, please mail photo of filled registration form and payment receipt to Mail ID : rssdimpcon2026@gmail.com
